郑州市第三人民医院血液科即郑州市骨髓移植中心组建于1985年，并于当年开展异基因骨髓移植的临床研究。1995年由郑州市政府列为郑州市首批重点专科。该科实验室于2000年由郑州市科委命名郑州市首批重点实验室。目前该科设置为：血液病临床病区（病床32张）；骨髓移植中心（无菌层流病房四间）及造血干细胞移植实验室。全科各类技术人员28人，高级职称6人，包括河南省血液学会委员2人。郑州市血液学会主任委员，副主任委员及委员各1人。
　　自1985年以来，河南省内率先开展了异基因骨髓移植治疗急性白血病，1988年国内率先开展自体骨髓移植治疗急性白血病，1989年国内率先开展双次自体骨髓移植。目前郑州市骨髓移植中心完成的不同类型的造血干细胞移植200余例，其中包括HLA配型相合异基因骨髓、外周血、脐血造血干细胞移植；HLA配型不全相合或半相合异基因造血干细胞移植以及非血缘的外周血、脐血造血干细胞移植；单次或双次自体骨髓、外周血造血干细胞移植等。治疗病种包括多种急、慢性恶性血液病及实体廇、再障或红再障、重症自身免疫性疾病等。尤其是自1998年以来，国内率先开展造血干细胞治疗重症自身免疫性疾病的临床与基础医学研究，至今已完成36例不同类型的自身免疫性疾病自体造血干细胞移植，包括系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合症及复发性多发性软骨炎，其中复发性多发性软骨炎的自体造血干细胞移植为国内首例。资料先后在全国造血干细胞移植学术会、第7届亚太区BMT会议、第43届ASH会议、第28届EBMT会议上报告或交流，标志着这一领域的领先地位。
　　造血干细胞移植实验室，可开展器官移植相关免疫学及HLA组织配型、血液病细胞形态学、分子生物学、免疫学及细胞遗传学等项实验研究；可进行细胞与器官程序降温及深低温冻存以及多种条件下的细胞培养、细胞纯化。2000年国内率先应用序列特异寡核苷酸（PCR/SSO）探针，进行地HLA基因分型，并承担卫生部国家级继续教育项目：HLA配型新技术学习班。
    目前郑州市骨髓移植中心先后承担河南省科委、郑州市科委科技攻关课题10余项，完成科研课题6项，获省科委科技进步三等奖及河南省卫生厅、郑州市科委科技进步二等奖。发表各种论文30余篇，多次在国际、国内高水平的学术会议报告或交流学术成果。

　The hematology department of third  people's hospital in zhengzhou and Center for bone marrrow transplantation of Zhengzhou was established in 1985 and developed clinical research of allogenic bone marrow transplantation. in 1995, Zhengzhou municipal government approves our department as one of the leading disciplines of medicine,and our laboratory of research on hematopietic stem cell transplantation as first leading laboratory in Zhengzhou in 2000. Our department owns 32 sickbeds,4 asepsis flow laminar rooms and hematology stem cell lab. There are 28 technicians and nurses in the ward ,including 6 professors,in which two as commissioner of henan association of hematologym, one director commissioner,one vice chairman,and one commissioner of Zhengzhou hematology society,respectively.

    Since 1985,we have led the first to develop Allo-BMT to cure acute leuremia, and develop auto-BMT and double ABMT in 1988 and 1989, respectively,Up to now ,over 200 patients have received tremtment with different transplantation types including HLA typing bone marrow stem cell,peripheral stem cell, or card blood stem cell transplantation; HLA matched or mismatched allogenic stem cell transplantation; PBSCT or CBT with unrelated donor and signal or double ABMT. The diseases to be treated include acute or chronic hematological malignant hematology disease,entitative tumor, SAA or PRCA, and severe autoimmune disease. ABMT for SLE is the outstanding achievements in our department from 1998, which was reported in Chinese Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Conference,7th Congress of Asia Pacific BMT Group,43th Annual Meeting of American Society of Hematology,28th Congress of European Group for BMT. It established our leading position in this field.

    Our laboratory of HSCT owns several advanced instruments, with which, we established the platforms to research on cytomorphology, molecular biology, immunology and cytogenetics. Moreover, we also have computerized program of HSCS refrigerated storage and clinic MALS for CD34 positive cell selection.

     At present,we have assumed about 10 subjects from Scientific Committee of Henan province and Zhengzhou city,and have finished 6 research subjects, and awared  the third prize of Scientific and Technological Prize by government of Henan and second prize by Health Department, and  Scientific Committee of Zhengzhou.We have published more than 30 papers, and mode reports or commnuicated on international or domestic high-level academic meetings and times.
